Brooke Nappier landed in North Texas during her high school years after her family made the move from South Carolina. She decided to stay in the Lonestar State and holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University and an MBA from SMU. 

Brooke began her career at the George W. Bush Presidential Center working on their Women’s Initiative programs. During her time there, Brooke was afforded the unique opportunity to support the Women’s Initiative Fellowship and the First Ladies’ Initiative and traveled to the MENA region as part of that team. Following her tenure at the Bush Center, Brooke joined an event planning firm in Dallas with a focus on weddings and corporate events before launching her own boutique planning company. When Brigade was created, it was a natural next step to lend her talents to her former colleagues.

As part of the Brigade team, one of Brooke’s most memorable experiences was serving as the lead planner for Brigade’s first wedding. She loved getting to know the incredible couple and helping execute their vision for their big day.

Brooke lives for the excitement of event day and the thrill of finally seeing a client’s vision come to fruition. She also loves the uniquely incredible partnerships and friendships Brigade has with its vendors and other industry partners.

Brooke lives in Dallas and loves spending time with her littlest love, Leigh, her husband Doug, and their wonderful families.
