Born a Navy Brat, Isabella Mason spent the first 18 years of her life moving around the USA as her family followed the call of duty. She credits her military upbringing for her ability to adapt to new and changing situations quickly and now considers this to be one of her greatest strengths as an event professional.

Isabella graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Marketing) from Auburn University. From there, she began her career within the private aviation space as an intern for Gulfstream Aerospace in Savannah, Georga. It was during her time at Gulfstream that her love for events was kindled and in 2019 she took her first corporate role as an Event Coordinator for Flexjet.

During her 7 years at Flexjet, Isabella worked her way up to the role of Event Director where she spent her time managing a growing event team and its multi-million-dollar calendar. She conceptualized, planned and executed high-level, luxury events for numerous ultra-high-net-worth clients. Here her attention to detail and organizational skills were honed and applied as she worked to deliver unparalleled, once in a lifetime experiences.
In 2026 Isabella embarked on her next adventure by joining the Brigade as an Event Director. She is eager to continue to learn and grow as an event professional planning and delivering incredible experiences for Brigade’s clients.

Isabella continues to be on the move with Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee and North Carolina all serving as “Home” over the past 6 Years. Currently based in North Carolina, Isabella spends her free time adventuring with husband James and daughter Daisy who inspire her to work hard and bring her best to each day of the journey.
